🛒 1. How do I place an order on Truelix.in?

Placing an order is easy:

  1. Browse products and add them to your cart.
  2. Click the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
  4. Confirm your order — and you’re done!

📦 2. When will I receive my order?

Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 business days for metro cities
  • 5–7 business days for other areas
  • 7–10 business days for remote locations

Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.


🚚 3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available in most areas.
A small ₹30 COD fee may apply.


💳 4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • UPI & Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

Yes — but only before it’s shipped.

🔁 6. What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer easy returns/exchanges for most products within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

📬 7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can also track it directly from the “My Orders” section in your account.


💬 8. I received a damaged/wrong item. What should I do?

We’re really sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at support@truelix.in with your order ID and photos. We’ll resolve it quickly.


🛑 9. What if I’m not available during delivery?

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If you’re not available, you can reschedule the delivery through the tracking link or contact our support team.
