❌ Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped.

💳 Refund on Cancellation:

  • For prepaid orders: A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders: No charges will apply if cancelled before dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility:

Your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Not listed under non-returnable categories (see below)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., razors, cosmetics)
  • Innerwear, socks, or swimwear
  • Perishable goods
  • Clearance/sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Note: Final return eligibility is subject to Truelix’s quality check.


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • We allow size or color exchanges for fashion and wearable products (if available).
  • Exchange is only allowed once per order, and the product must pass inspection.
  • Shipping for exchanges may be free or chargeable depending on the product.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item?

We’re sorry if this happens! Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund based on availability and your preference.


💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • For COD orders, we may ask for bank account details to process a refund via IMPS/NEFT.

📦 Return Pickup

  • We offer free pickup from your address in serviceable locations.
  • In areas where pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be reimbursed (up to a reasonable limit).
