💳 Refund on Cancellation:

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:
📅 Return Window:
- You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
✅ Return Eligibility:
Your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Not listed under non-returnable categories (see below)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., razors, cosmetics)
- Innerwear, socks, or swimwear
- Perishable goods
- Clearance/sale items (unless damaged or defective)
Note: Final return eligibility is subject to Truelix’s quality check.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- We allow size or color exchanges for fashion and wearable products (if available).
- Exchange is only allowed once per order, and the product must pass inspection.
- Shipping for exchanges may be free or chargeable depending on the product.
🛠️ Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item?
We’re sorry if this happens! Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund based on availability and your preference.
💸 Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For COD orders, we may ask for bank account details to process a refund via IMPS/NEFT.
📦 Return Pickup
- We offer free pickup from your address in serviceable locations.
- In areas where pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be reimbursed (up to a reasonable limit).
